## The challenge

A media brand managed 12 Telegram channels with manual posting across time zones. Missed slots and inconsistent formatting hurt audience growth.

## Our solution

We built a channel manager bot with a content calendar, draft preview, scheduled publishing, and per-channel analytics dashboards.

## Key features

- Schedule posts weeks ahead with media albums

- Cross-post to multiple channels with templates

- View counts, subscriber growth, and best-time insights

- Editor approval workflow before publish

## Results

Publishing consistency reached 100% for scheduled slots. The team reclaimed 10+ hours weekly previously spent on manual posting.
